Getting started
How do I place an order?
Start by requesting a quote. Tell us what you want to make, roughly how many, and any details you have. We'll follow up with pricing and next steps.
Do I need a file to get started?
No. You can submit a quote request with just a description of your idea. We'll work out the artwork details during follow-up.
How fast will you get back to me?
Usually within 1 business day. For straightforward orders we're often faster.
Can I get a quote without committing to an order?
Yes. A quote request is not an order. Nothing is produced or charged until you've approved specs and pricing.
Minimums & pricing
Do you have order minimums?
Most services start at 1 piece. We don't require large minimum orders. See our Minimums page for a breakdown by service.
Does pricing change with quantity?
Yes. Per-unit pricing decreases as quantity increases. We'll always quote clearly so you know what you're paying before committing.
Are there setup fees?
Depending on the service and artwork requirements, there may be a one-time setup fee. We'll include any fees in your quote upfront.
Artwork & design
What file types work best?
Vector files — AI, EPS, or SVG — are preferred for the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi or higher) works for most prints. We'll let you know if anything needs adjustment.
My logo is low-res. Can you still use it?
Sometimes. Send it and we'll evaluate. If it can't be used as-is, we'll let you know what's needed — and we can help with cleanup or recreation if necessary.
Do you offer design help?
Yes. If you don't have production-ready artwork, we offer design assistance to get your file print-ready. Ask when you submit your quote.
Will I see a proof before production?
For most orders, yes — we'll confirm placement and artwork details before anything is made. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
Garments & materials
Can I bring my own garments or blanks?
Customer-supplied garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. They must be approved before we can commit to printing on them. Most orders use blanks we source.
What brands or styles of blanks do you carry?
We carry a curated selection. When you request a quote, we'll let you know what's available for your order type and suggest options that fit your needs.
Can I request a specific garment brand?
You can request it and we'll do our best to source it. Availability isn't guaranteed, but we're happy to try.
Production & turnaround
How long does production take?
It varies by service, quantity, and how quickly artwork is approved. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote before anything is confirmed.
Do you offer rush orders?
Depending on our current workload, rush turnaround may be available. Ask when you request your quote and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you ship orders?
Local pickup is the default. Shipping may be available — ask about it when requesting your quote.
